ORDERING WINE

  • How do I place an order? You can place an order online, over the phone by calling 1-888-GET- FOYT, or email us at hello@foytwines.com.
  • What can I do if my wine is wrong or if my wine is delivered damaged? We will pick up and replace the wine or issue a credit or refund, depending on your preference.
  • Do you guarantee your product?
    Yes, you must be entirely delighted with your purchase of Foyt wines. If you are dissatisfied, call us to arrange a pick-up, and you will be supplied with a replacement, a credit, or a refund. Please make sure you save the contents and bottles for pick-up. This request is a legal requirement, and we do appreciate your cooperation. If we no longer have a particular vintage in stock, your wine will be replaced with the following vintage or wine of equal or greater value. For Customer Service, contact us; we are happy to help!

FOYT LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

  • Do Foyt rewards points ever expire? Nope! If your account no longer qualifies for a tier, you’ll be removed from it and no longer earn those points, but you can use any existing points.
  • How do I redeem my points?
    You can redeem your points in person at our Wine Vault in Indiana,  , at our Winery & Museum in Texas  , over the phone by calling 1-888-GET-FOYT , or online anytime by visiting us at foytwines.com
  • How much of my order can I use points on?
    You can use your loyalty points on up to 50% of your order. If you place your order online and you choose to redeem your points, the maximum points allowed will be applied by default.
  • Are Loyalty Points refunded when a transaction is refunded?
    Yes. Your points will automatically be applied back to your account.
  • Can Loyalty Points be used to pay for Club Shipments?
    No. (The one exception is if you choose to ‘Mark Current Order as First Shipment’ when you order in person. But subsequent Shipments cannot be paid via Points).
  • Do wine Club Orders earn Points?
    Yes! The more wine you order, even your club shipments, will increase your points balance on your account!
  • Can points be used in conjunction with a Discount?
    Yes, your points work even during a sale or promotion and with your club discount.
  • Are there any wines that can’t be purchased using points?
    No, You can apply them to all your wine purchases!
  • Can Loyalty Points be used during Reservation checkouts?
    Unfortunately, points cannot be used for event tickets or Foyt Wine Collective experiences.
