Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of our products and services.


Items that are damaged in transit, or are not to your satisfaction, will be replaced. Any unsatisfactory items need to be re-corked with remaining contents and returned in order to receive a refund. If you wish to return your wine within 30 days and opt out of reordering, you will be credited the bottles returned, less freight cost.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all canceled orders.


If your order has returned to our warehouse due to damage or an error on the part of the shipping carrier, we will re-ship it at no cost to you. If your order has been returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee of $20 per package will be charged to the credit card on file.


If your order has already shipped and you: 1) Want to make a change to the shipping address or 2) Want the order to be held for future delivery (up to 14 days), please be aware that our carriers charge a $20 per package fee for these requests and this cost will be passed onto you. Please also know that we can only redirect shipments within the same state due to tax/compliance statutes.

We are committed to delivering our products in excellent condition and promptly. It is important to inform you that all shipping carriers require an adult signature at delivery time. We always recommend shipping to a business address to ensure an adult is present during business hours.

Due to vintage changes in inventory, if an item in your order is no longer available, we will substitute it with the next available vintage.

Our Wine Club allows you to personalize the wines you receive and how often you receive them.

  • Every shipment will be curated for you based on your previous purchases. You will then be given the opportunity to change any of these wines to your preference.
  • You may also choose the frequency every 1, 2, or 3 months. You may change this at any time.
  • You will receive a two-week and a two-day reminder email to personalize your order or update your shipping or payment information. Please log into your account on our website or email us at for help.

Wine club cancellations can be made on our website before your shipment is processed and after the agreed-upon tenure of membership. Cancellations must be requested via our cancellation form HERE,  as long as it is received one week before processing your next club shipment. Members are required to pay for any shipments that have been processed.

Membership terms: Champion, Fast Six, and Triple Crown Members are committed to 12 months of tenure on membership. Founding Champion and Legend Members are committed to 24 months of membership tenure. Per the club sign-up form, members who opt out of the club before the close of their tenure may be subject to bill backs of discounts rendered.

Additional Club Foyt Terms & Conditions:

An individual holds a membership. Spouses listed on this form can also use the benefits included. Members that chose shipments understand there will be a shipping fee, and deliveries may be postponed due to extreme heat and cold weather. Members will be notified of any delays. Members who elect a pickup option understand they have four weeks to pick up their shipment. Orders not picked up in that period may be shipped, and shipping charges will be applied.
