Ready to experience the beauty of the Foyt Winery and Museum for yourself? Our tasting room in Fredericksburg is open Thursday through Monday, reservations recommended but not required. Hop in your truck, get out and explore the area, and when your adventures lead you to Fredericksburg, we’re waiting for you!

Experiences

Winemaking Class

Join us for a guided experience as you and your guests sniff, swirl, and sip your blending components. Experiment putting together different blending components. Once you have your final combination, create a 750ml bottle of your Perfect Blend. You’ll label and cork your own bottle. This is an experience that you will never forget!

This experience lasts approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. Offered daily, minimum of 2 guests to book and max group guests of 8.

Foyt Library Tasting

Join us at Foyt Family Wines for a tasting in our library of limited produced wines with local, artisanal cheese & charcuterie pairing.

$65 PER PERSON

Fast 6 Tasting

Join us at Foyt Winery & Museum to taste our award-winning wines in a semi-private portfolio tasting. All white wines or all red wines are available by request. Local, artisanal cheese & charcuterie pairing is available as an upgrade.

Mother’s Day Brunch with Paige

We wanted to do something special for all moms out there... We will be joined by Paige Berger from Croft Kitchen! Croft Kitchen will be providing the amazing food. The Menu: Elevated pancake bar with 3 options: (cinnamon roll, bananas foster, blueberry cream cheese) Creamed Soft Scrambled Eggs Fruit salad Bacon, sausage & biscuits with homemade preserves   Enjoy a complimentary mimosa or a glass of wine/sparkling Adult Tickets are $50 Kids Tickets (21& under) are $20 Who is Paige? Paige was born and raised a Gillespie County local, who now gets to raise her four children on the land her family settled 184 years ago. Her upbringing in agriculture and small town living brought her desire to carry that torch to not only her children, but to her community. Thus, Croft was created.

We did a wine tasting with Fred today. He was AMAZING. Very educational and gave us an amazing experience! We absolutely loved our tasting. John gave us an introduction when we arrived and was also very nice and welcoming. We will be coming back! The museum is so cool! Awesome wine tasting room and facility!
